Ok, so gamification sounds interesting. Maybe.

But what is it?
Great question!
It's really all about making things fun. You remember fun, that thing you had before you started your business 😊
What we do is use principles that make games engaging – competition, collaboration, challenge, and reward – to motivate and reward desired behaviours.
So, we build in things such as:
Points, Badges, Titles: Rewarding achievements with points, badges, and temporary work titles like “client problem solver of the week”.
Leaderboards and Rankings: Fostering healthy competition by using leaderboards. These can be public or private, it really is up to you, and the way you feel people will best react.
Levels and Progression: Build a sense of advancement and accomplishment through tiered systems. Give them something to aspire towards, a fixed target to go after.
Challenges and Quests: As with Levels & Progression, set up specific goals and objectives with clear rewards.
Storytelling and Narrative: Weaving a compelling narrative around the gamified experience. Give people something to get into, something they can identify with.
Social Interaction: Aim to build collaboration, competition, and social recognition among participants.
The core elements are giving people a way to engage over time, and using multiple tactics. They all work together in some way or another, so mix and match. Play with it a bit, see what resonates, and what doesn’t.
